To make room for 167,000-square-foot office building Dickson Company demolished the existing three-level parking garage.

Location: Pioneer Square, Seattle

Dickson company abated the hazardous materials and demolished the three-level parking garage. All of the concrete from the demolition was sent to their Waller Road facility to be recycled.
